Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what women can accomplish through the force and wisdom gained from having a teenaged mind. She's a writer and health expert, talk show host, and producer. Marilu is living witness to the effect her holistic lifestyle has had on her life. Her belief is that good health can make you do everything. But not always. As a teenager she was a yo-yo dieter and watching her weight go upwards. The emotional weight gain made her feel sick and unwell all of the time. Her mother knew when their parents were dying in their forties and her mother suffered from complications due to arthritis and her father from cardiac arrest--that she needed to remain vigilant about her well-being. Her focus was on the health of our bodies, and on how we can maximize the function of our bodies. She is also frequent in Christopher Guest's comedy films. Coolidge was a member of The Groundlings (an improv troupe and sketch comedy group that is based within Los Angeles). She is a star in CBS's sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she plays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who runs the cleaning services.
